Your words stay local
Speech recognition and language detection run on your Mac. Your recent transcripts are stored locally, and dictated audio and text are never sent to a transcription server.
Speak your language
English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Dutch, Polish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Arabic. Choose a language or use Automatic detection.
A small utility with a model built in
The transcription model ships with the app, which accounts for the download size. Automatic language detection downloads a separate model once; Apple may download speech assets for live previews. Those model downloads do not include your recordings or transcripts.
Its own app. Its own updates.
Sano Voice installs alongside Sano Work and checks its own signed update feed. Updating either app leaves the other app’s version unchanged.
