Your work does not become model training data.
Zero data retention is enabled for every model in Sano. Model inputs and outputs are not stored or used for model training. This applies to both German and EU-hosted models.

§203
Confidentiality backed by a signed agreement.
Sano provides German-hosted models with contractual confidentiality under §203. Our signed agreement covers entrusted secrets and confidentiality obligations for the people and permitted subcontractors involved in inference.
Access is limited to what is required for the work. Staff and permitted subcontractors must be bound to confidentiality, and that duty continues after the engagement ends.

Your conversations and privacy mappings stay on your device. Sano Shield detects and replaces sensitive values locally in the inputs you select, then restores them in the response.
